“Six years prior to meeting Brad, I was having ongoing neck pain. I was waking up almost every hour due to the discomfort of the pain. The loss of sleep was causing me to be irritable with my family and affecting my ability to be focused at work. I had numbness down my right ar and hand and had trouble rotating my head without excruciating pain. The limited range of motion in my neck even made the simple tasks of driving difficult. My doctor referred me to physical therapy, which gave me very little relief.
I was referred to Brad by a friend who had been treated by him and thought that he might be able to help. Since receiving MAT, the range of motion in my neck has been almost fully restored, the pain is almost completely gone, and I haven’t had the numbness down my right arm and hand since. It wasn’t until the pain was almost completely gone that I realized how much of my daily life was affected by my injury.”

“After living a life dominated by excessive and brutally intense strength training, I was left severely injured and immobilized. Perplexed doctors and failed therapy attempts left me feeling hopeless that my neck, back and knee injuries would heal. With a bit of skepticism, I turned to Brad and MAT. Hobbling into our first session with extreme knee pain, swelling and impairment, Brad assessed my condition and knew just what I needed. His wisdom, intuitive insight and technical expertise changed my life! I left the office that day with minimal pain, increased knee mobility and strength.
Further MAT sessions have brought continued healing to my injuries. Even more, Brad has guided me into a whole new approach to exercise, fitness, health and well-being – an approach that will serve me well the rest of my life!”

I came to Brad & MAT because of pain. I stayed for the results. I have been a long-time consumer / benefactor of Brad’s arsenal of muscular techniques. I am active with life and my robust activity often creates consequences. I have found that regular and routine muscular imbalance prevention with AMT provides me with handsome returns for my “athletic” performance as well as daily living. I can’t tell you exactly how this stuff works but I can say it does and is effective. Brad is a master analyst and gifted technician. Bonus, he cares.

As a PGA Tour caddy, performance and recovery are non-negotiable. I train consistently and prioritize mobility, yet I still felt persistent stiffness — particularly in my thoracic spine and hips — and wasn’t seeing the carryover I expected from stretching alone.
I had tried nearly every recovery modality available: chiropractic care, massage, dry needling, cupping, compression therapy, and more. Each had value, but none created lasting improvements in how my body functioned.
MAT was different because it addressed my muscle tension at the source. The process is precise and progressive, using targeted muscle contractions to restore muscle function and joint stability. The results weren’t about temporary looseness — they were about improved function.
Within days, I noticed I didn’t feel the need to stretch. My range of motion felt easier, more controlled, and more efficient. After multiple sessions, the cumulative effect was clear: better movement quality and improved recovery capacity.
After extended travel, MAT feels like a system reset — restoring muscular balance and allowing me to continue training and performing at a high level. I truly believe it allows your body to push to its full potential. For any serious athlete, it’s a strategic investment in long-term performance and resilience.
